Cruise Rules

After Dinner Cruise Rules & Expectations!!!

1. No Burnouts or excessive tire squealing

2. No "hanging the back end" out. This is a cruise, not a dragstrip/roadcoarse.

3. Keeping in line with the group. No passing of any kind unless you have discussed it previously and only for the opportunity of photo shoots. The Police ask that we keep in a line so its easier for them to manage.

4. This event is open to FAOA members only. Non Members wishing to participate are required to have an F-Body and donate $20 to our police donation fund.

5. The police will ask those not driving a "similar" car to leave

Expectations:

Even though this is a Police Escorted cruise, it does not give you the authority to break the law, with the exception of running the lights in accordance with our Route. I expect people to follow the law, although near the back it is sometimes necessary to exceed the speed limit a bit to catch up to the group. If its not normally legal on the street, then its not legal in the cruise. I will ask that if our escorts see the infraction and wish to issue a citation, please do so. We do the cruise as a benefit to our members, please do not jeapordize our opportunity to continue to have this as part of the Firehawk Rally weekend. Its not nearly as enjoyable, as well as impossible to keep a cruise of this size together and coordinated without a police escort. I will be communicating our expectations of the group with our Escorts, so please behave accordingly.
