If you are interested in attending this year's FirehawkFest dinner with guest speaker Reg Harris from SLP, please fill out this form and return it to me so that I receive it no later than September 21, 2001. Room is limited to 70 persons so it will be on a first come first serve basis. You can send your payment to me any time you wish and I will not deposit your personal checks before September 11th. Checks or money orders only. NO CASH! Please do not ask me for any personal favors. If you would like to attend, please get your money in early and I will hold it. Full refunds are are available up until September 21st, so there is no risk to you to reserve your spot early.
The date is set for Saturday night, October 6, 2001. We are having our dinner at Cattlemens Restaurant again this year. They are located at 12409 Folsom Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. Seating will begin at 7pm and dinner will follow at 7:30pm. Since we are doing a dinner this year compared to last year's lunch there is an increase in the costs. All dinners are priced per person and include tax and tip. All dinners come with a baked potato, all-you-can-eat salad, sourdough bread, ranch style beans and coffee or tea. Cocktails and dessert are available at extra cost. The choices are as follows:
NEW YORK STEAK - a generous 14oz cut of perfectly aged NY steak broiled to order.
BABY BACK PORK RIBS - a full rack of tender baby back pork ribs slow roasted in a sweet BBQ sauce.
SAUTEED SHRIMP SCAMPI - 10 Jumbo shrimp sauteed scampi style.
PASTA - Fresh sauteed vegetables and herbs over hot pasta in a white cream sauce.
